I am currently offering weekly in-person consultations at my Harley Street office in London for local clients interested in meeting in person versus online.

With my background as a pharmacist in patient-facing roles, I have extensive experience conducting in-person clinics for conditions like diabetes, asthma, and menopause through the NHS. I previously operated an in-office Nutritional Therapy clinic, though I shifted to virtual appointments to accommodate pandemic restrictions. This online model has allowed me to assist clients across the globe wonderfully. However, I am delighted to be offering an in-person facility alongside my online clinic.

My versatile consultation options ensure I can meet every client's needs and preferences with the highest standard of personalised care.

My pricing reflects my highly personalised care and expertise as an independent prescriber and functional medicine practitioner.

Fees vary based on the unique needs of each client and the custom protocol developed – whether you’re an individual or couple, number of sessions included, behind-the-scenes coordination of care, extensive research and report writing, diagnostic testing ordered, etc.

My service reflects the value of my 15 years of experience in my field. I invest significant ongoing time and education into staying current on the latest advancements in evidence-based care. This allows me to serve your needs at the highest level and you can be assured that you are receiving the very best guidance toward your health goals.

  • The timeline for results varies widely depending on each client's unique needs and starting point.

My approach emphasizes sustainable progress through customized evidence-based protocols. Some clients report improved wellbeing early on, while more gradual transformation addressing underlying factors is common.

I set realistic expectations, frequently reassessing and tailoring our trajectory toward your long-term health goals. However, I have had some clients tell me they start to feel better from the first to the second consultation.

  • Yes, I offer 3-month payment plans to help make my services accessible.

A 20% deposit is requested upon booking to secure your initial appointment. The first instalment of the payment plan will be processed alongside your first consultation. Subsequent monthly payments for the remaining balance will automatically be processed.

I utilise a secure online portal to store patient information and payment details safely. Once your full balance reaches zero, no additional charges will be made.

  • Yes, I regularly support vegetarian clients and can ensure nutrient needs are met within your dietary parameters.

My comprehensive intake process includes a questionnaire and a 3-day food/lifestyle diary to understand your starting point fully. This allows me to tailor evidence-based protocols that optimize wellness even with restrictions.

As a vegetarian myself, I know how to properly prioritise plant-based protein intake and use testing to identify potential deficiencies requiring unique attention. My speciality is creating customised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement guidance that respects diets like vegetarianism.

  • Yes. I have insurance for both nutritional therapy and as an independent prescriber. Plus I am registered with the relevant governing bodies, BANT and The General Pharmaceutical Council and follow both of their codes of ethics.

  • I understand the desperation that leads many to view IVF as the only option. However, in my experience, IVF alone often falls short for multifaceted fertility challenges. Originally created to address specific mechanical issues like blocked tubes or male factor, IVF does not improve egg/sperm quality, support the immune system, or resolve nutritional deficiencies - key determinants of reproductive health.

The difficult truth is that IVF success rates remain modest according to research, despite intense physical, emotional, and financial costs. I have supported numerous clients who endured multiple failed cycles, leaving them disheartened. Of course in some situations IVF is appropriate, but optimal outcomes require a more holistic approach which addresses root causes.

My specialty is complementing assisted reproductive plans with fully customized lifestyle, dietary and supplement protocols nurturing the whole person. In addition, I coordinate care with a network of integrative specialists providing second opinions and additional support aligned to a functional, patient-centred methodology focusing on sustainable solutions.

I aim to explore whether alternative avenues may benefit you before pursuing intensive technologies. If IVF is advised, my goal is to create an integrated plan that gives you the greatest chance of success on your reproductive journey.

  • Absolutely, I can provide help after failed IVF or assisted reproduction attempts. While no specific outcome can ever be guaranteed, my speciality is thoroughly investigating potential causes of previous setbacks to create a fully customized plan aiming to optimize chances moving forward.

I start back at square one, taking a deep dive into your unique reproductive health history and profile to determine key areas needing support. Every client's underlying issues and ideal treatment paths differ, so it’s vital we understand exactly what is happening for you and your partner specifically.

My goal is to identify addressable factors – from nutrition and lifestyle to immune activity – that can shift to give you the best possibility of success on the next IVF or ART cycle. I help facilitate the comprehensive changes often required when prior treatments have not worked. Paired with emotional support during this challenging experience, I work to uncover what specific changes may lead to a more positive chapter ahead after previous disappointment.

  • Yes, I can provide substantial help for many cases of male factor infertility or low sperm counts. While the extent of improvement depends on the severity of diagnosis, customized lifestyle and dietary changes can profoundly impact sperm health and production. Optimizing nutrition and reducing risk factors are key.

My process involves thoroughly investigating your partner’s unique reproductive profile to pinpoint target areas for custom supplementation and behaviour modifications aimed at sustainably improving parameters like count, motility, and morphology.

Regular sperm sample analysis allows us to directly gauge the measurable impact of our interventions. I also coordinate medical care with fertility specialists to incorporate expertise according to specific needs.

  • Yes, I can support you on your single parenthood journey.

  • Research shows three months is the minimum timeframe required to influence key drivers of reproductive health like egg/sperm quality, hormone balance, inflammation, and oxidative stress.

Sperm regeneration occurs daily, allowing enhancements to accumulate over 12-week nutrient or supplement protocols seen in studies. Restoring menstrual regularity can also take several cycles.

Those struggling with long-term infertility issues often need more than 3 months to resolve nutritional deficiencies, environmental exposures, stress imbalance and other complex root causes. We allow additional time if substantial changes unfold and positive momentum continues.

So, while I suggest budgeting for a standard 3-month fertility plan, we regularly reevaluate progress monthly and extend the integration of lifestyle medicine protocols until the ideal state of wellbeing and fertility potential is reached. Each journey is unique.
